Frequently Asked Questions

Every product gets a deterministic 0–100 score computed from its specifications across weighted sections. The same specs always produce the same score — there are no editorial ratings or hidden adjustments, so comparisons are consistent and reproducible.
Specifications are compiled from official manufacturer data and other reliable public sources. Values are AI-collected and then strictly validated against each category's schema, with an automated anomaly auditor catching bad data before it affects a comparison. The in-depth analysis is AI-generated from cited sources and may contain errors — always verify important details before buying.
Yes. Where real dimensions are available (e.g. phones and laptops), the Physical Comparison section renders a true-to-scale 3D view. You can rotate it, switch between Front, Side, Top and 3D presets, toggle a credit-card size reference, and view it fullscreen — so you can judge real size and thickness, not just numbers.
When you look at a single product, we generate a synthetic "Category Average" from every product in that category and compare against it as if it were a real product — across the spec table and the strengths radar. It instantly shows where your pick sits above or below the typical product. (The value-for-money meter is hidden in this mode, since the average has no real price.)
The radar plots each product's score in every section as a shape — the bigger the reach on an axis, the stronger it is there. Overlaying two products (or a product vs. the category average) makes it obvious where each one leads and where it trades off, at a glance.
Value for money compares each product's score against the price you enter. Enter today's price for both products in the same currency to see which offers better value — the result is a relative comparison, so the currency itself does not matter as long as it is the same for both.
Where known, price fields are pre-filled with the launch (retail-at-release) price, which can differ a lot from today's price. Use the Amazon links to check the current price, then enter it for an up-to-date value check.
Yes. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This never changes the price you pay, and prices and availability are always shown on Amazon.
Specs are sourced from official and verified sources and updated regularly, but products change and errors happen. We recommend confirming the latest details on the manufacturer's official page before purchasing.
Open any category, pick the products you want, and we generate a side-by-side comparison with an at-a-glance summary, a category breakdown, value for money, and an in-depth analysis.
